Seth Apter -Aegean sea Baked Velvet embossing powder

Aegean Sea is a semi-matte powder in a cool, soft, blue-green tone that adds depth, dimension and richness to any project. This slightly-opaqued translucent blend fuses together to allow the under-surface to show through. With full coverage, the effect is faux-encaustic.
